Entering the motor racing world in 1996, Dinesh Deheragoda has been marking victory after victory, silencing critics and gaining more popularity by the year.
His successes, be it tarmac or gravel racetrack, hill climb or rally cross event, is nothing new to any motor sports fan of Sri Lanka. Since the beginning Dinesh has been competing in a Mitsubishi Evolution IV RS, and a four-wheel drive Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution. It is needless to say that both these categories (cars and jeeps) have the most advanced and high-tech performance vehicles, which lead to severe competition on the track and thus providing the ultimate excitement to those motor sport fans and the general public. At present he drives a 2012 model Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution RS.
