Located 140km from Colombo in the famous wild life town of Uda Walawe and within the premises of the Sevanagalla Sugar Plantation Industries.  The rally consists of all gravel stages with a complete distance of totaling about 200km of special stages.

The first rally was held in 2002 and then it was abandoned till late 2008.  It is believed that it would now be held every year around the month of November.
