Located close to the city of Balangoda which about 140km from Colombo. The rally is held within the premises of the Ceylon Electricity Board and the rally consists of all Tarmac stages with a complete distance of totaling about 160km of special stages.

One of the most challenging Tarmac routes that one could find in Sri Lanka but was held just once in 2004 and not held since then due to security issues within the compound of the Ceylon Electricity Board.
