Situated in the hill country about 160km from Colombo and is considered the most fastest hill climb in Sri Lanka due to the 150m straight mid-way of the track.

It is named after the area and is held in the middle of the Radella tea estate and is a part of a public road.

The hill climb is held during the April holiday season and is a part of the National Hill Climb Championship and the SLARADR Championship.
