Located in the district of Kalutara which about 120km from Colombo. The rally is held close to the Kukuleganga Holiday Resort and the rally consists of all Tarmac stages with a complete distance of totaling about 90km of special stages.

The route is consists of just 2 ends and such most drivers get bored after few stages as the navigators challenge is reduced.
