One of the longest hill climb tracks in Sri Lanka held in the town of Kotmale, 130km from Colombo.

The town is famous for its water dam generating hydro power.

There is no particular month for the hill climb, but it is a pert of the National Hill Climb Championship and is organized by UMSC.
